One night a week that kids look forward to.
Games, life skills, friends, positive role-models and time to talk about the things that matter. Rally groups run out of local halls and churches all over the country — and every kid is welcome.

A night at Rally
Great things happen every week
An hour and a half, once a week, through the school term. Every group shapes it around their own community — but it always comes back to these three.
They play & have fun
Team games and relays that get every kid off the wall — including the quiet ones. A fun positive environment where kids make friends.
They learn something they’ll use
Knots, first aid, cooking, craft, life skills. Potential to earn badges and learn leadership skills over time.
They eat, and talk about the big stuff
Supper together, then ten minutes on Bible stories with themes like character, courage and faith. Questions welcome, nothing forced.

“A quote from a parent who has seen the benefit of Rally in their kids lives”
Rachel — parent, Christchurch
For parents
Find your closest group, see what a term costs, and read the answers to the questions parents ask us first.
For churches & new leaders
If you are a CCCNZ Church we would love to help you start a Rally in your community. We bring the programme, the training, the resources and a district team who've done it before.
Camps & activity days
The week they talk about all year
Districts run camps every summer, plus activity days through the year. Abseiling, kayaking, cooking on a fire, and a lot of very late talking.
Straight Answers
Does my child have to be from a church family?
No. Rally is open to every kid, whatever your family believes. Most groups are a mix.
What does it cost?
Groups set a small term fee, usually $20–$40. Never a reason for a kid to miss out — just ask your leader.
Is it safe?
All leaders are police-vetted and trained, and every group works to our national child-safety policy.
What does my kid need to bring?
Shoes they can run in and a water bottle. Uniforms and badge sashes come later, if your group uses them.
